Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director, Solutions Consulting for Southeast EMEA. You will lead a distributed team across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and more, shaping strategy and execution to connect customer priorities with Genesys solutions.

You will partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market success and regional growth in AI-enabled customer experience. The role focuses on building an AI-first culture, translating complex tech into business value, and expanding leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven leadership of geographically distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Successful track record partnering with Sales on complex enterprise opportunities.
• Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer experience, and cloud software.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Executive communication, consultative engagement, and data-driven storytelling.
• Strategic judgement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in Spain and Portugal.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across multiple markets.
• Own end-to-end Solutions Consulting strategy for the region, aligning capabilities with business goals.
• Drive an AI-first culture of innovation and rapid capability adoption.
• Partner with Sales and regional leaders to influence go-to-market strategy and growth.
• Elevate the team's impact as trusted advisors through advanced solution design and storytelling.
• Align customer priorities with data-driven, differentiated Genesys Cloud and CCaaS solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and the tech ecosystem through executive engagements.
• Influence product direction by feeding regional insights to Product Management and Engineering.
• Monitor performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
