Qualifications
- 10+ years in Solutions Consulting or related roles with significant people leadership experience.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries or markets.
- Proven track record guiding enterprise opportunities, go‑to‑market priorities, and regional growth initiatives.
- Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer experience, and enterprise cloud software.
- Executive communication, consultative engagement, and data‑driven storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Poland and Israel.
- Own the end‑to‑end Solutions Consulting strategy for the region in partnership with leaders.
- Drive an AI‑first culture of continuous innovation and translate AI/automation capabilities into business value.
