Red Hat is seeking a Regional Services Senior Manager for Iberia to lead Consulting, Learning and Technical Account Management in the region. You will own revenue, margin and capacity, guide GTM strategies, and ensure successful project delivery across Iberia as part of Southern Europe.

You will manage a team of People Managers, GTM Architects and Project Managers, driving skill development and ensuring alignment with Sales and Country Management for strategic execution.

Formación

• Proven record delivering strategic consulting services and client success.
• Experience building and leading a business team in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of software professional services and growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, bookings, and margins.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee services delivery, revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
• Grow bookings by identifying and delivering new projects per country plans.
• Lead forecasting of bookings and revenue for the Services business.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and provide financial reporting.
• Lead the services sales process through to deal closure.
• Represent Red Hat Services in country leadership forums.
• Manage SoWs, pricing, and project costs; govern terms and conditions.
• Develop capacity plans and upskill the team to meet tech needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Country Management for alignment.
