Novanta—Robotics and Automation division—seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Iberia by supporting OEMs with high-value engineered solutions in robotics, automation and medical technology. You will partner with engineering teams, influence roadmaps, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver compelling proposals throughout the sales lifecycle.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Technical sales experience within engineered products.
• Experience selling to OEM customers.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong customer engagement and commercial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new OEM opportunities and build pipelines in Iberia.
• Generate revenue growth and execute territory growth plans.
• Develop relationships with engineering, purchasing, programme management and executives.
• Understand roadmaps and position Novanta solutions in strategic programmes.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and support design-in activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to deliver proposals.
• Forecast accurately, negotiate commercial agreements and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Drive bookings and revenue performance.
