Boomerang is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain and Portugal, combining business development with consultative technical selling in automation and robotics. You will collaborate with engineering teams to tailor high-value solutions for industrial customers and manage a robust sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes a technical, consultative approach, cross-functional teamwork, and significant travel to meet customers and events across the Iberian region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience selling capital equipment or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of robotics/automation or welding industry.
• Ability to develop new business and manage complex technical sales opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities across the Iberian market.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities for automation.
• Build long-term relationships with industrial customers and key decision-makers.
• Understand customers' manufacturing processes and propose suitable robotics solutions.
• Manage complex technical sales opportunities from initial contact to project award.
• Collaborate with engineering and software specialists to tailor solutions.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline with regular status updates.
• Travel regularly across Spain and Portugal, including occasional travel to other European locations.
