Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager - Iberia & Italy to lead growth across Spain, Portugal and Italy. The role is based in Madrid and will drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration in an international matrix environment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in international sales or commercial leadership, with a track record of managing distributors and key accounts, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in international sales, business development or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience delivering results across Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Strong experience managing distributor networks, channel partners and key accounts.
• Proven pricing, forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning skills.
• Experience leading multi-country and remote sales teams.
• Fluent English; native Spanish; Portuguese and/or Italian valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy across Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability within the region.
• Own annual business planning, sales forecasting, budgeting and pricing strategies.
• Lead and develop distributor networks, ensuring strong partner performance.
• Manage key customer relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an international matrix organization.
• Lead, coach and develop geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and business objectives.
