Michael Page is seeking a senior broker for an international insurance brokerage focused on the Mid Market in Madrid, to manage high-exposure corporate accounts and lead growth initiatives.

You will design commercial strategy, develop opportunities across segments, expand corporate portfolios, drive cross-selling across insurance, risk management and consulting, and represent the firm at industry events.

• Design and implement the commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Define, develop, and execute ambitious yet realistic commercial plans to drive business growth.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities across all market segments and business lines.
• Manage and expand the corporate client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
• Lead new business acquisition initiatives and market expansion efforts.
• Drive cross-selling strategies by leveraging the organization's full portfolio of insurance, risk management, and consulting solutions.
• Actively participate in strategic business opportunities, leading negotiations and presentations with senior-level clients.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with insurers, corporate clients, strategic partners, and other key market stakeholders.
• Enhance international business opportunities in collaboration with the group's global network.
• Represent the company at business forums, industry associations, and insurance market events.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging risks to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with different areas of the organization to optimize processes, develop new solutions, and strengthen the value proposition.
• Oversee the performance of the commercial team, fostering professional development and contributing to a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the achievement of established sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on commercial activity performance and business results.
• Act as a company ambassador, reinforcing its reputation, market positioning, and leadership within the insurance industry.
