Michael Page is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee the Iberia market from Valencia, driving revenue growth, profitability, and key account management in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will design the regional commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and BI, and present regular performance reports to steer strategic expansion across Europe.

Formación

• Experience leading commercial activities across Iberia.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage profits.
• Experience with key accounts and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and team-coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute the commercial approach for Iberia.
• Develop business plans and ensure delivery.
• Set pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and targets.
• Own revenue growth and profitability of the business unit.
• Lead negotiations of key contracts.
• Ensure accurate CRM data and reporting.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and BI.
• Present regular management reports on performance.
• Model company values and culture in leadership.
