Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an experienced MEU Consumer Tech Lead for Digital Marketing Products to own the marketing technology landscape across Europe. You will lead a small tech team, partner with external vendors, and ensure platforms like Braze and OneTrust run reliably in market deployments.

You will drive data and CRM platform deployment, govern GDPR compliance, and work with local markets to translate marketing plans into lead-gen integrations and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own regional MarTech platform reliability end to end, incl. integrations and monitoring.
• Serve as MEU tech contact for global digital marketing products and deploy platforms to new markets.
• Support markets from campaign brief to launch with lead-gen integration and data model configuration.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Tech teams on technology choices and scoping.
• Oversee SIT and UAT, manage defects and ensure go-live for integrations.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across MEU in partnership with DPO and legal.
• Ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility and monitor accessibility platforms.
• Provide technical support for B2B teams and package use cases for global reuse.
• Define data-quality scope and security/privacy practices across platforms.
• Create deployment playbooks and enablement materials for markets.
• Direct system integrators and agencies on build, run, and support; act as escalation point.
