Job summary

Mondelez Digital Services MEU seeks a consumer tech lead to own the regional MarTech landscape across Europe. You will oversee software and application deployments, manage internal teams and partners, and ensure delivery meets GDPR and accessibility standards.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Product teams, drive data quality, and guide markets from plan to go-live while maintaining governance and security throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing tech, IT solution delivery or digital platform support.
• Hands-on with CDP/CRM platforms (Braze or similar) and consent management (OneTrust).
• Experience leading SIT/UAT and delivering integrations to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own regional MarTech platform reliability end to end (integrations, performance, monitoring).
• Act as MEU technical point of contact for global digital marketing products.
• Support markets from campaign brief to launch with data models and integrations.
