Job summary

Mondelēz International in Barcelona seeks a hands-on technical lead to own the MarTech stack across Europe, guiding a small technical team and coordinating with agencies to ensure built solutions are tested, run, and adopted in markets.

You will deploy and operate consumer data/CRM platforms (Braze, OneTrust, data integration layers), drive GDPR compliance, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing technology, IT solution delivery or digital platform support.
• Hands-on experience with CDP/CRM platforms (Braze or similar) and consent management (OneTrust or similar).
• Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning; translate briefs into lead-gen integration and data models.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT and taking partner-built integrations through go-live.
• Technical documentation ability for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own regional MarTech platform reliability end-to-end — integrations, performance, monitoring.
• Act as MEU technical contact for global digital marketing products; deploy consumer data/CRM platforms in new markets.
• Support local markets from campaign brief to launch — integrate data models and use-case fitment.
• Partner with Architecture and Platform teams to select technology and scope new campaigns.
• Lead SIT/UAT test plans, defect management and quality gates; ensure go-live for partner integrations.
• Implement GDPR compliance across MEU: consent, retention, DSR, local rules with DPO and legal.
