Mondelez International is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own the MEU marketing technology landscape, spanning CRM platforms, data integrations and compliance. You will lead regional deployment, ensure campaigns translate into reliable tech-enabled executions, and collaborate with global teams.

In this role you will coordinate with partners, manage technical hierarchies, and drive WCAG accessibility and GDPR controls across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing technology, IT solution delivery or digital platform support.
• Hands-on experience with CDP/CRM platforms (Braze or similar) and consent management (OneTrust).
• Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning; translate briefs into lead-gen integration and data model.

Responsabilités

• Own regional MarTech platform reliability end to end — integrations, performance and monitoring.
• Act as MEU technical point of contact for global digital marketing products; deploy platforms to new markets.
• Support local markets from campaign brief to launch — data model configuration and use-case fitment.
• Partner with Architecture, Platform and Technical Product teams on technology choices, scoping and costing.
• Lead SIT/UAT and ensure partner-built integrations go live and quality gates are met.
• Implement GDPR compliance across MEU and work with DPO and legal.
