Job summary

VBET is seeking a Head of Marketing (DK & SE) to define, develop, and execute a regional marketing strategy across Denmark and Sweden. This fully remote, full-time role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to grow brand and revenue in highly regulated iGaming markets.

You will own the P&L, budgets, and end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels, while collaborating with product, sales, IT, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3–5+ years in senior leadership managing P&L budgets in regulated digital industries.
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth, ROI, and market expansion through comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Deep knowledge across full-funnel digital channels plus traditional media; proficient analytics and BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Business/Communications; MBA preferred.
• Excellent English; Danish or Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic regional marketing strategy aligned with targets, market nuances, and brand vision.
• Own P&L and budget, ensuring ROI and profitability across campaigns.
• Oversee digital and offline channels: PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate, CRM, PR, Events, Sponsorships.
• Lead brand messaging and end-to-end acquisition/retention efforts across markets.
• Provide executive reporting with robust analytics to C-levels and the Board.
• Ensure compliant and responsible marketing across regulated markets.
