Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Marketing Communications Manager, Europe (f/m/d), a remote role aligned to the PT marketing team. You will adapt global strategies for European markets to drive lead generation and pipeline growth while ensuring local language and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with regional product marketing, digital teams, and commercial units to localize messaging, develop content, and activate campaigns across channels for a compliant, effective regional plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in marketing communications or related roles with regional exposure.
• Strong written and visual storytelling skills across channels.

Responsibilities

• Adapt annual global PT marketing strategies into European activation plans with lead targets.
• Localize content and campaigns for European markets, tracking performance.
• Partner with regional teams to optimize channels, messaging, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with digital and product teams to support demand generation and lead nurture.
