PULTPULT is hiring a senior marketing / growth manager to own the full funnel end-to-end and scale what works. This AI-native generalist will drive demand generation, manage budgets, and build a repeatable engine for international markets.

You will lead paid campaigns, optimize the website, create standout content, run webinars, and shape the marketing roadmap. Remote-first role with global scope in DACH and UKI markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• AI-native: you work with AI daily for research, content, and automation.
• High agency: you own goals, find paths, and ship.
• Storytelling with excellent writing in English; German a strong plus.
• ROI-driven: comfortable with budgets, CAC, conversion metrics and sales alignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels with budget and ROI ownership.
• Own the website and conversion funnel with a web agency: messaging, landing pages, experiments.
• Build the organic engine with SEO and AI-driven content for IT and People leaders.
• Run webinar programs and turn them into reliable pipeline sources.
• Define the marketing roadmap and report results to leadership.
• Lead and scale the first marketing team as we grow.
