Job summary

Atlas Copco seeks a Regional Customer Solutions Manager-PAL to proactively demonstrate green energy products (Stage V, Hybrid power) in Spain, Portugal and Italy, driving brown and green field transformation in South Europe. The role reports to the Regional Business Line Manager PAL.

You will work closely with customers, the regional team, and dealers to showcase energy storage and hybrid power solutions, build compelling business cases, and drive market adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems and Stage V generator sets.
• Ability to teach and train stakeholders.
• Ability to transform market learnings into strong business cases including TCO, savings and lifecycle cost calculations.
• Willingness to travel more than 70% in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on demonstrations and application solutions for green tech power products in the market.
• Collaborate with regional teams to introduce new technology products to the South Europe market.
• Support sales teams to enhance their competence on sustainability power products.
• Develop business cases and training materials to convert potential customers to green energy solutions.
• Train power dealers in the region to support sustainable growth.
• Assist acceleration of green energy transformation in the region.
