Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a senior Finance and Administration leader to serve as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders in Madrid. You will drive insightful analysis, planning, and decision support to enable profitable growth and efficiency across the region.

Responsibilities include leading HQ finance, credit, accounting, and controls; managing working capital; coordinating regional reports; and partnering with the Executive Team to implement the mid-term plan with an

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
ACCA/CIMA or other recognized financial qualification.
More than 8 years' experience as Finance and Administration Manager/Director in a commercial environment, with international exposure.

Responsabilités

Partner with Regional Director to align mid-term plan targets and strategy.
Manage finance, credit, accounting & controls, and shared services operations at HQ.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive business projects and actions.
Prepare and evaluate business cases, monitor results, and act on findings.
Coordinate and report actual, budget, and mid-term plan financial results to leadership.
Explain variances and make recommendations to support top management decisions.
Monitor OPEX and manage working capital and assets.
