Job summary

Bridgestone España is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner to act as the strategic financial partner for regional business leaders, translating data into actionable insights and supporting resource allocation across the region.

This role requires extensive finance experience in a matrix environment, strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish with English. The position focuses on driving profitable growth and operational efficiency within the South West region.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting.
• ACCA / CIMA or other recognized qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic financial partner to regional business leaders and provide insightful analysis and planning.
• Coordinate actual, budget and mid-term plan reporting to MD and European Head Office.
• Manage credit reviews and payment plans to balance risk and cash flow.
• Oversee accounting, controls and facilities to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Lead and develop finance teams, promote automation and efficient resource use.
