Job summary

Shimano Iberia is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Madrid office. You will lead a four-person finance team, oversee accounting, reporting, controls, tax compliance and treasury, and serve as a trusted partner to the local management team.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure IFRS and Shimano policies, and contribute to regional finance initiatives while coordinating with auditors, banks, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, RA, ROAC or equivalent) is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, with some leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP 4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including GL, month-end close, statutory reporting and treasury activities.
• Ensure IFRS, local GAAP and internal policy compliance across the finance function.
• Develop and coach a high-performance finance team and drive process improvements.
