Amex GBT seeks an Operations Director for Meetings & Events to lead event operations across Spain and Italy. You will drive excellence, connect regional teams to global standards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-impact events.

The role demands 10+ years in event operations, fluency in Spanish and English (Italian a plus), and proven multi-country leadership. Location includes Spain with multi-site responsibilities.

Formación

• 10+ years in event agency operations/production.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
• Proven experience leading large multi-country teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Manage P&L, optimize processes, and maintain compliance across Spain & Italy.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders; foster a high-performance culture.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major clients and strategic partner.
