TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Regional execution lead to act as the delivery arm for centrally created Microsoft programs across selected countries. You will translate regional strategy into country execution plans, ensuring deployment, governance and reporting across the Sales Execution PMO.

Working across Azure, Modern Workplace, Security and Business Applications, you will align marketing, enablement, presales/COE and operations to deliver defined activities with a consistent execution model.

Formación

• Proven experience leading cross-country initiatives in regional or pan-European remit.
• Experience across multiple solution areas with balanced prioritization without direct authority.
• Fluency in English; a second European language is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solution Areas (Azure, Modern Workplace, Security, Business Applications).

Responsabilidades

• Execution planning & delivery across Cloud Solution Areas, with milestones and risks.
• Cross-CSA orchestration with marketing, enablement, presales/COE and operations.
• Standardisation of best practices and enablement assets for repeatable execution.
• Reporting, governance & escalation to maintain visibility of progress and risks.
