TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a business development-focused leader to identify and pursue growth opportunities across Europe, bridging engineering and commercial teams to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of enterprise Data, AI, and Automation vendors, driving joint initiatives and delivering value to customers. The role follows a flexible hybrid model with some travel.

Formación

• 10+ years in the IT industry, channel/vendor/business development.
• Strong BD and solution-selling with services focus.
• Ability to influence at C-level and drive outcomes.
• Proven account and portfolio development experience.
• Strategic planning and business-case development skills.
• Experience in matrix and multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with vendors, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals.
• Support partner and vendor recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
