TD SYNNEX Spain seeks a Senior Manager for the Microsoft 365 Platform to own product direction, governance, and the health of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform across the organization. You will drive secure, standardized, enterprise-aligned adoption while reducing technical debt.

You will partner with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams to define target-state visions, governance models, and a scalable platform roadmap that enables business outcomes.

Formación

Senior leadership experience managing enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform at an architectural and governance level.
Proven experience driving standardization and reducing technical debt in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management in matrixed, global organizations.

Responsabilidades

Define platform ownership and strategy for M365 and Power Platform.
Establish governance models covering usage, provisioning, data ownership, retention and licensing.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Security, Architecture, SAM and regional IT teams.
Drive platform stability, automation, and reduction of recurring incidents.
Own strategy for migration from legacy tools to governed Power Platform solutions.
