Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your main focus will be to build a solid pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies, engaging participants and maintaining updated healthcare professional information.

You will establish trust during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaires. You will call doctors to invite them to studies, initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation, and ensure

Qualifications

French native speaker required (FR).
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
