IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter for our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors to join a panel for market research studies, maintain engagement, and ensure ongoing participation through regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals.

You will speak with doctors in English as needed for trainings and internal communication, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and professional outreach. This role operates within a diverse, global team in Madrid.

Formación

• French native speakers required.
• Good English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication (phone and email).
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure expected participation rates using diverse outreach channels and arguments.
