Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a stable panel of doctors for market research, engaging participants, and maintaining updated healthcare professional data.

You will communicate via calls and emails to encourage questionnaire completion and timely participation. You will work in a diverse, dynamic team and collaborate across trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various communication channels and persuasive arguments.
