Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a panel of doctors and engage them in market research studies, nurturing relationships through recruitment and follow-up conversations.

Key tasks include recruiting doctors, inviting them to studies, and driving participation rates using multiple channels. Fluency in French is required; English for trainings is also expected. This is a full-time role in Madrid with a dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
