Zusammenfassung

IQVIA invites a French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors and build a robust panel for market research studies. You will establish trust with healthcare professionals, manage follow-ups, and ensure active participation across our panel.

English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills essential.

Qualifikationen

Fluent in French; native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Aufgaben

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
