Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a panel recruitment team. Your role is to build a stable pool of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and maintaining updated healthcare professional information.

You will perform outreach by phone and email to invite doctors, follow up to maximise participation, and support translations and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include translations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
