Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our production hub. Your primary focus will be to recruit doctors into a panel for market research studies and to engage them to participate regularly in surveys.

You will establish trust with participants, manage records, and assist with translations and documentation as needed. This full-time role offers a diverse, multinational team and the chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare research.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
