Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your main task is to build a stable panel of doctors for market research studies and to engage them to participate regularly.

You will establish trust, maintain doctor records, and assist with queries. English proficiency required for trainings and internal comms; experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native level required and English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills and experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels.
