Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your role will be to recruit doctors into a panel, build trustful relationships, and ensure their participation in market research studies.

You will call doctors to invite them, conduct follow-ups to maximize response rates, and maintain accurate documentation and translations as needed in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native required; English knowledge for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills are essential.
• Experience in multinational environments is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates among panelists.
• Ensure participation targets by using diverse communication channels and persuasive arguments.
