IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and manage follow-ups to ensure high participation rates across surveys.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, coordinate communications in English and French, and handle documentation, translations, and queries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualificações

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
