SanLucar invites you to join its Quality Department in Huelva for a 5‑6 month internship beginning in September. You will support data analysis, review quality and laboratory reports, and contribute to food safety and continuous improvement initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in data management and documentation within a global fruit company.

You’ll strengthen Excel and data skills, learn quality management processes, and collaborate with a diverse team committed to delivering high quality

Formación

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree, master's, FP or similar in Food Science and Technology, Quality Management, Food Safety, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Management Systems, certifications or related subjects are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data, reports and documentation.
• English level B1 or higher is required; additional languages are a plus.
• You can establish an internship agreement through your university or scholarship programme.
• You have a driving licence and access to a car.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management, analysis and maintenance of quality‑related data and records.
• Review laboratory analyses, certifications and quality documentation for compliance.
• Assist in monitoring and validation of analytical results linked to food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and databases in internal systems.
• Prepare reports, statistics and quality analyses using Excel and other digital tools.
• Support the implementation and follow‑up of food safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Team in day‑to‑day quality management activities.
