Bolton is seeking a Quality Implementation Trainee to join their team in O’Grove, Galicia. The trainee will assist the technical team with pilot trials, manage sample preparation for quality testing, and gain hands-on experience in Product and Process Validation.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree, strong attention to detail, and be fluent in Spanish with a high level of English. This position offers full-time working hours and a collaborative team environment.

We are looking for a Quality Implementation trainee to join our Quality team in our Bolton Food Spain Business Unit based in O’Grove, Galicia.

How you make the difference:

As a Quality Implementation Trainee, you will actively learn and collaborate with the Quality and Technical teams in the execution of pilot trials, industrial tests, and validations of processes, materials, and ingredients. You will provide operational support on the plant floor and in laboratory sample management, helping ensure data traceability, technical accuracy, and compliance with the company's quality, food safety, and food defense standards. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands‑on experience in Product and Process Validation, Quality Control, Sample Management, and Technical Reporting, while contributing to projects that support product quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technical team with pilot and industrial trials on the plant floor and manage sample preparation and shipments for quality testing.
• Recordling technical parameters, reporting deviations, and helping draft technical reports, all while following project timelines and strictly complying with quality and food safety standards.

Your team

Integrated within the Quality Implementation team in O’Grove Plant, you will be reporting to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor or master’s) is required.
