Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a QA Manager with strong QA and environmental management system experience. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, while coordinating Occupational Risk Prevention activities and audits.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and documentation control. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in quality/environment roles, with knowledge of ISO standards and ERP/document management tools.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree is required.
• Master’s in Quality, Environment, IMS or OH&S is desirable.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 knowledge is required.
• Experience with Integrated Management System docs.
• Knowledge of environmental and OH&S legislation.
• Lead Auditor certification desirable.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and document management tools.
• Minimum 4 years in quality/environment roles.
• Experience with internal audits and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System per ISO 9001/14001.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage corrective, preventive and continuous improvement actions.
• Analyze quality and environmental KPIs and propose actions.
• Train employees on quality and environmental matters.
• Coordinate Management Reviews.
• Monitor plant procedures.
• Support safety culture and external prevention coordination.
