Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc seeks an Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist to monitor compliance, coordinate HSEQ training, and support safety programs across assets. You will prepare procedures, analyze indicators, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, global team.

The role requires 3–6 years HS-related experience, a relevant engineering or safety degree, and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such asSafety or engineering.
• Postgraduate studies or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• 3–6 years HS-related experience (corporate or project).
• Knowledge of HS standards, risk identification and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Independently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities.
• Coordinate and document HSEQ training, drills and continuous improvements.
• Prepare and update HSEQ procedures and annual plans.
• Implement corporate safety programs across assets.
• Conduct internal audits at assets and construction sites.
• Collect, analyze and report HSE indicators and dashboards.
• Participate in audits and assist corrective actions.
• Support development of improvement initiatives and best practices.

Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• I ndependently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.
• Coordinate and document H&S training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and update H&S procedures and support the development of annual plans and programs.
• Implement corporate safety programs across our assets.
• Conduct assigned internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.
• Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
• Participate in audits and inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.
• Postgraduate studies or an official Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specializations.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).
• Good knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in Power BI or similar tools.
• Analytical and proactive.
• Effective communicator and collaborator.
