K2 Systems – Connecting Strength in Bilbao region seeks a seasoned Technical Sales Manager to own the northern Spain market, including Bilbao, Pamplona, Vigo, Santander and Oviedo/Gijón, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

You will lead presentations, trainings, and workshops, advise customers on photovoltaic mounting systems, collaborate with Inside Sales and Product Management, and travel across Spain to expand key accounts.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or field sales.
• Proven success with technical or engineered products.
• PV industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of steel/aluminum structures is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering, mechanical, or renewable energy solutions.
• Experience managing customer projects and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the Spanish market, especially northern Spain including Bilbao, Pamplona, Vigo, Santander and Oviedo/Gijón, driving revenue growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, win strategic accounts, expand partnerships.
• Act as trusted advisor providing technical consulting and tailored PV mounting solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical workshops delivering value.
• Lead customer projects from opportunity to implementation and ongoing development.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
• Represent K2 Systems at trade fairs and customer meetings regionally.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Technical Support, Product Management and cross-functional teams for customer success.
• Maintain forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence.
• Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Conocimientos

Engineering degree

5+ years in technical sales

Technical sales experience

PV industry experience

Knowledge of steel/aluminum structures

Strong technical understanding
