You will work with researchers, editors, and academic communities worldwide to build relationships and manage editorial opportunities.

You will engage in direct outreach, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, and use AI tools to optimize prospect research and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a track record of hitting targets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools in business operations and sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to researchers and editors to spark collaborations and recruit for collections.
• Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from first contact to publication.
• Use AI tools daily to research prospects, personalize outreach, and manage the pipeline.
• Cultivate trust and build long-term professional relationships with editors and authors.
• Represent Frontiers at conferences and online events to increase market footprint.
