Job summary

SafeStays International is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to grow and manage our Madrid portfolio, building strong relationships with property owners and partners to ensure clients access suitable properties.

EU work authorization is required and relocation is paid for. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; experience in real estate, sales, or account management is a plus.

• Source new properties by approaching owners, landlords, agencies, and partners to match client needs.

• Manage the Madrid portfolio with pricing, availability, and rental terms.
• Coordinate property viewings and ensure smooth communication between owners, partners and clients.
• Negotiate and address objections to keep the process moving forward.
• Support deal completion by coordinating with clients and internal teams.

SafeStays International operates across Spain, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, and France. We help clients find the right properties by connecting them with property owners and real estate partners.

The Role

You will be responsible for growing and managing SafeStays’ property portfolio in Madrid, building strong relationships with property owners and partners, and ensuring our clients have access to suitable properties to successfully complete their search.

EU work authorization (citizenship) is required. Relocation is paid for.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new properties — Identify and approach property owners, landlords, agencies, and other contacts to find apartments matching our clients’ needs.
• Build partnerships — Develop relationships with property owners, real estate agencies, relocation companies, and other partners.
• Manage the portfolio — Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of available properties, including pricing, availability, and rental conditions.
• Coordinate appointments — Organize property viewings and ensure smooth communication between owners, partners, and clients.
• Negotiate and find solutions — Handle negotiations, address objections, and resolve issues to keep the process moving forward.
• Support deal completion — Coordinate with clients and internal teams to turn property opportunities into successful deals.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in real estate and business development. Fluency in Spanish and English are required. Previous experience in real estate, sales, or account management is a plus.
