Job summary

SafeStays International in Madrid seeks a fluent French and English speaking Personal Assistant to support the Paris market. This full-time, hybrid role will be the first point of contact for Paris apartment owners and actively identify new properties to join SafeStays.

Based in Madrid, you will coordinate owner communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks, while building relationships and presenting SafeStays' services to prospective owners to onboard them.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, real estate, hospitality, travel, or premium services, or as a personal or executive assistant.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a friendly, professional approach to owners.
• Good lead generation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management.
• Experience with international or high-value clients is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Paris real estate or rental market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent French and English are required; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Paris apartment owners, answering questions and building long-term relationships.
• Search for new apartment owners and properties in Paris through outreach, local contacts, partners, and online platforms.
• Present SafeStays' services to prospective owners and follow up until onboarding.
• Research the Paris rental market and compare prices to assess opportunities.
• Coordinate property visits, inspections, and owner communications with local Paris partners.
• Support the team with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks.
• Follow the company's processes and standards in everything you do.
