ParkHelp Technologies Ltd seeks a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology projects at national and international levels. You will lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.

Based in Tarragona/Barcelona (Spain), you will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams and drive successful project outcomes through organized, proactive management.

Formación

• Degree or Master’s in Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English (C1 minimum) and Spanish.
• Background in Project Management.
• Advanced IT tools proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and lead all phases of assigned projects.
• Organize project kick-off meetings with involved departments.
• Define objectives and ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality.
• Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure proper project closure and transition to maintenance.
• Manage project resources (internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers).
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and the company.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and HSE regulations.

ParkHelp and Cleverciti, are looking for a Project Manager to manage and coordinate technology projects at both national and international level.

This role is key to ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation through to final delivery, guaranteeing deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met.

Your mission will be to lead and coordinate assigned projects from order intake to final delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines, cost, and quality, while acting as the main link between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s in Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced English (C1 minimum) and Spanish
• Background in Project Management
• Advanced user of IT tools and software
