Job summary

Henkel Spain seeks a seasoned PMO professional to manage customer experience, supply chain and process harmonization projects, aligning with Global SC, Regional SC and GBS+. You will own design, planning, delivery, cost control and outcome evaluation, promoting a customer‑centric mindset in stakeholder interactions.

Requirements include 3–5 years in PMO or similar roles, strong stakeholder management, advanced PowerPoint and Excel, basic Power BI, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, SCM, or related field.
• 3–5 years in PMO, project management, or cross-functional SCM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across international teams.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; basic Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PMO projects from design to evaluation.
• Drive customer experience and process harmonization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional country implementation teams.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting; plan actions to improve efficiency.
