HP is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead global supply chain initiatives. You will drive data-driven process improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage NSI and digital transformation projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proven experience with SAP PLM/PDM/BOMs, Power BI reporting, and excellent communication in English and local languages.

Formación

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or supply chain.
• 8+ years of professional experience post–college.
• 4+ years in supply chain functions with E2E understanding.
• PMI PMP or PMI-ACP and LSS Green Belt preferred.
• Experience with SAP PLM/PDM/BOMs and Power BI reports.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational problems using data analytics and launch process-improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-country programs to standardize SC processes.
• Be the focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI).
• Develop and improve SC processes and automate where possible.
• Communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders and manage change.
