Redleo Software Inc. is seeking a Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME) to manage end-to-end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region.

You will oversee day-to-day project execution, align activities to program standards, and partner with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.

Formación

• 3+ years in project coordination or management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
• Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with travel for deployments.

Responsabilidades

Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME)

Coordinate end-to-end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region. This role manages day-to-day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel tech deployments from initiation to hypercare.
• Lead kickoff meetings, define timelines, roles, and expectations.
• Maintain project plans and coordinate configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with hotel leadership, corporate teams, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
• Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.
• Hotel operations experience is a must
