Redleo Software Inc. is seeking a Deployment Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end hotel technology deployments for properties across the EAME region. Based in Spain, you will drive kickoff meetings, create timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams from initiation through hypercare.

You will need 3+ years in hotel tech deployment coordination, strong communication skills, and experience with Smartsheet. Travel for deployments is required.

Formación

• English communications required.
• OPERA Cloud PMS experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience required.
• 3+ years in project coordination or PM in hotel tech deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel for deployments.

Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME) Coordinate end‑to‑end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region. This role manages day‑to‑day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel tech deployments from initiation to hypercare.
• Lead kickoff meetings, define timelines, roles, and expectations.
• Maintain project plans and coordinate configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, and go‑live.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with hotel leadership, corporate teams, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
• Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
