UIC Barcelona is seeking a talented Programme Advisor for our Admissions and Outreach Department to drive recruitment and guide applicants through the admission process.

The role involves developing recruitment strategies, coordinating promotional events, and building strong relationships with teaching staff and the Marketing Departments; fluency in Catalan and English is required, with Spanish as well.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in Catalan and English is required.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan is also required.
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.

We are currently looking for a talented Programme Advisor for our Admissions and Outreach Department. The ideal candidate must be motivated to reach sales goals, know the product well and satisfy customers.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Propose recruitment strategies for the programmes assigned
• Process candidate applications, track their application and guide them throughout the admission process
• Monitor all documentation related to the promotion and admission process
• Support and take part in coordinated promotional events such as fairs, informational sessions, etc.

Ideal candidates with specialised knowledge in key areas such as sales management and the admission process will be valued. In addition, candidates must develop strong relationships with the Teaching Staff, and the Communication and Marketing Departments. They must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate resilience and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing the best customer service.
