UIC Barcelona is seeking a Programme Advisor for the Admissions and Outreach Department. The role focuses on recruiting for assigned programmes, guiding candidates through the admission process, and supporting promotional events onsite at either Barcelona or Sant Cugat campuses.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of sales management and admission processes, and the ability to build relationships with Teaching Staff and Marketing/Communications teams.

Responsabilidades

• Propose recruitment strategies for the programmes assigned.
• Participate in defining objectives.
• Process candidate applications, track their application and guide them throughout the admission process.
• Monitor all documentation related to the promotion and admission process.
• Support and take part in coordinated promotional events such as fairs, informational sessions, etc.
