Seven Education is seeking an HR & Office Administration Trainee for a 20-hour-per-week Professional Practice placement based in Girona with hybrid work. The role covers two core areas: workplace operations and people operations in HR, supporting the Girona and Madrid offices.
You will contribute to office revamp, HR documentation, payroll support and internal policy work, while learning how a European EdTech group runs. This is a formative opportunity for career growth in HR and operations.

Our ambition is clear: to become Europe’s leading EdTech brand. If you want to join that journey and grow with us, we would love to hear from you.
As our HR & Office Administration Trainee (Professional Practice Placement), you will gain real hands‑on experience across two areas that keep our company running: workplace operations and people operations in HR. Based in our Girona office, you will support day‑to‑day office coordination for our Girona and Madrid locations, contribute to the revamp of our Girona office, and grow into People Operations topics like payroll support, HR documentation and internal policy work. This opportunity is intended for candidates who have recently completed studies related to HR or Office Administration, are looking for their first paid professional experience, and are interested in a 20‑hour‑per‑week Professional Practice Contract.
The right kind of background: You have recently completed a degree or vocational qualification in office management, business administration, HR, operations or a related field. This role is set up as a Training Contract for Professional Practice in Spain, so this is a requirement tied to the contract type.
An interest in where this could take you: Whether it is office management, workplace experience or people operations - you are genuinely curious about one of these areas and want to build real skills, not just tick boxes.
Organisation and follow‑through: You keep track of several things at once, follow up without being reminded and flag things early when something is unclear. Details matter to you - and it shows.
Confidence with people: You are comfortable reaching out to colleagues, managers or external providers. You ask when you need something and communicate clearly when things change.
Discretion as a given: You handle sensitive and employee‑related information with care. That is not something you have to be reminded of.
Fluent in English and Spanish - both are needed to do this job well. Catalan is a plus.
A proactive mindset: You do not wait to be told what to do next. You ask questions, spot things that could be improved and bring your own ideas to the table.
This role is based in Girona and works in a hybrid setup. You combine flexible remote work with regular onsite presence, as personal exchange is an important part of how we collaborate, learn, and grow together. Being on site supports close cross‑functional collaboration, strong alignment across the group, and a real connection to our culture.
The role is part‑time (20 hours per week), with an initial contract of 6 months and the possibility of extension.
