Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Content & Training Specialist to own our Help Center and training library. You will craft high-impact training content, scripts, and videos to empower internal teams and partners, using AI tools to scale production.
You’ll run live trainings, design repeatable programs, and coordinate localization with translation teams to ensure consistency across languages.
Formación
- Proven ability to craft clear, engaging training content for internal and external users.
- Experience creating technical content, docs, and tutorials for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, and Translation teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own and grow Fever's Help Center and tutorial video library; create scripts and training decks.
- Run on-demand product trainings for partner management and business development; train the trainer within teams.
- Coordinate localization workflows with the Translation team and AI tools to maintain language consistency.
